In 2019, our founder Kevin Marioni started his freelance lifecycle marketing practice I Love Lifecycle. The brand represented his passion for helping customers and businesses connect through lifecycle marketing. The logo and the name made it clear he and his colleagues love what they do.

Since then the practice has evolved. We’ve built a more focused approach to helping our clients make meaningful connections with their customers that result in improved KPIs. We’ve better defined our company values. We’ve become a “we” more than an “I”. We’re more than a freelance practice, we’re an agency. We love lifecycle marketing and what it can do for our clients and their customers. So we’ve taken the next step in showing the next evolution of our brand. Say hello to LEO.

Our new brand name LEO stands for “Lifecycle Engagement Optimization,” our structured approach to holistically reviewing the customer lifecycle, finding opportunities to improve engagement, and continuously testing and optimizing to show and learn from the results.

The lion head logo plays off of the name and his mane of nodes and connections represents the journey workflows we find ourselves building as lifecycle marketers and reinforces the idea of making connections. His closed eyes are a nod to the introspection and thoughtfulness we try to bring to our work. The heart-like shape of the logo is a nod to loving what we do and where we came from as a business.

Our colors — midnight blue, pure blue, and gold — represent trust, clarity, optimism, and innovation.

Our values are a carryover from the ILL days but now we're posting them as our guiding principles.

We’re excited to take this next step as we grow along with our clients. And we have a lot more planned!
